Each jumper is individually handmade, making every piece completely unique. Because of the handmade nature of the item, measurements and stitch detail may vary slightly. Colours may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings 
Personalisation
The price includes embroidery of one name. The name will be embroidered on the front of the garment unless otherwise requested when ordering.
If you would like additional names, words, or embellishments, please select the “Add On” option when placing your order.
Please note: Personalisation is only included for items where it is clearly stated in the product description. If no name or wording is provided at checkout, the jumper will be made without embroidery.

• Please allow 6–8 weeks for your jumper to be handmade and dispatched.
• If you need your item sooner, please contact me before ordering and I will do my best to accommodate where possible.
• Any changes to your order (including personalisation details) must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order by replying to your confirmation email.
• Please double check all spelling and personalisation details before submitting your order, as items will be made exactly as provided.
As each item is handmade to order and personalised, refunds or returns cannot be accepted unless the item arrives faulty.
