• Please allow 6–8 weeks for your cardigan to be handmade and dispatched.
• If you need your item sooner, please contact me before ordering and I will do my best to help where possible.
• Changes to your order must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.
• Colours may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings.
• Due to the handmade nature of the garment, slight variations in size and stitch detail may occur.
Personalisation
The price includes embroidery of one name. The name will be embroidered on the back of the garment unless otherwise requested when ordering.
If you would like additional names, words, or embellishments, please select the “Add On” option when placing your order.
Please note: Personalisation is only included for items where it is clearly stated in the product description. If no name or wording is provided at checkout, the cardigan will be made without embroidery.
As each item is handmade to order and personalised, refunds or returns cannot be accepted unless the item arrives faulty.

As each item is handmade to order, I do not accept returns or refunds on personalised items unless the item arrives faulty or damaged.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos so I can review the problem and help resolve it.
Items that are not personalised may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unworn, unused and in their original condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer
To keep your handmade knitwear looking its best:
• Hand wash only in cold or lukewarm water
• Use a gentle detergent
• Do not tumble dry
• Reshape whilst damp and lay flat to dry
• Do not wring or stretch the garment
